Ellipse Spirit is and has always been a fast plane. We reached already remarkable speed when flying the regular 912 ULS engine (100 hp). Since the end of the year 2019, we are already flying the Ellipse, RG version with the ROTAX 915 iS (145 hp). The plane is remarkable. Fast, stable and comfortable.
The performance in the climb is amazing. We reached the climb of 10 m/s and probably we climb even more but the instrument we used was no longer showing the values.
Yes, indeed, the match of Ellipse and ROZTAX 915 iS works nicely. The plane waits for its first customer and we already have a new customer in the pipeline. Stay tuned!
